Why would an entity require an the independent manager?
There are numerous instances where an independent manager could be required. Some instances include, without limitation, partnership disputes, deed-in-lieu, pocket deeds, lending or other SPE requirements.
How are your services priced?
We charge an annual fee commensurate with the value of the asset owned by the SPE.
